Coaching is different from psychotherapy - it neither is, nor purports to be a substitute for counseling. Counselors diagnose and provide professional expertise and guidelines, and coaches help clients to identify the challenges, then work in partnership with clients to obtain their goals.
Michelle is committed to decreasing the barriers to therapy by offering online/tele-health psychotherapy for adults. With online therapy, you don’t have to worry about rushing in traffic to get to your appointment or struggling to make time for a session. Connecting online allows you to choose the most convenient time for you from the comfort of your home. While online therapy can seem intimidating to some, Michelle creates an environment that strongly parallels an in-person setting. Michelle uses secure, HIPAA compliant software that makes online sessions very easy to access. Use the Client Registration Link below to begin the process of scheduling your appointment.
